We have a room block reserved at Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa USF Near Busch Gardens for Thursday, August 6, 2026 through August 9, 2026. Booking your room is simple, just select "Book a Room" to receive your group's preferred rate. The room rate is $159.00 plus taxes. If you book a room outside of the room block the $159.00 rate will not apply.
If you are staying at the Embassy Suites on campus at USF there is a shuttle service from the hotel to the college of education.
Please note that parking is available at a discounted rate of $6 per night when booked under the group rate.

Changes/Cancelation/Refund Policy
To make any changes to your conference registration, please reach out to Valentino Norton, administrator@fsam.info. Event cancelations on or before May 16th, 2026 are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancelation will be given after May 16th, 2026. All requests for considerations must be in writing.
