Continuing Education Credits (CEUS and CME)
Participants seeking alternative continuing education will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion of the activity.
Participants should submit their certificate of attendance to their professional organization/institute for reciprocal credits.
Changes/Cancelation/Refund Policy
To make any changes to your registration, please reach out to Valentino Norton, administrator@fsam.info. Cancelations on or before June 15th are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancelation will be given after June 15th. All requests for considerations must be in writing.
