What’s Included
Full Conference Registration (Friday-Sunday) includes Continental Breakfasts, Refreshment Breaks, and Lunches. Earn up to 18 CEs/CMEs!
Continuing Education Credits (CEs and CMEs)
Participants should submit their certificate of attendance to their professional organization/institute for reciprocal credits.
Changes/Cancelation/Refund Policy
To make any changes to your registration, please reach out to Valentino Norton, administrator@fsam.info. Cancelations on or before June 16th, 2026 are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancelation will be given after June 16th, 2026. All requests for considerations must be in writing.
Cancelled more than 181 days prior to arrival
50% of total amount, plus applicable taxes
Cancelled 91 - 180 days prior to arrival
70% of total amount, plus applicable taxes
Cancelled within 90 days prior to arrival
90% of total amount, plus applicable taxes
